Preparation method of enteric-coated tablet containing mesalazine

The invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular to a preparation method of an enteric-coated tablet containing mesalazine. The enteric-coated tablet sequentially comprises a tablet core and an enteric-coated layer from inside to outside, the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing tablet core components, and preparing granules by adopting a dry granulation process; (2) tabletting the granules to obtain tablet cores; (3) wrapping the tablet core with an enteric-coated layer; in the dry granulation, the pressure of a compression roller is controlled to be about 10 bar to 70 bar, the rotating speed of the compression roller is controlled to be about 6 rpm to 20 rpm, the rotating speed of whole granules is controlled to be about 100 rpm to 150 rpm, and the aperture of a screen is controlled to be 0.6 mm to 2.0 mm; the hardness of the tablet core is controlled to be about 80 N to 150 N. According to the preparation method of the product, dry granulation is adopted on the basis of a selected prescription, the production efficiency is high, the product quality is stable, the cost is lower, and the product has a release curve basically consistent with that of an original ground medicine..
