AGENT AND METHOD FOR TREATING DISEASES CAUSED BY THE SARS-COV-2 VIRUS
The group of inventions relates to the field of biotechnology, immunology and virology. Described are an agent and method for the treatment and post-exposure prophylaxis of diseases caused by different strains of the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus SARS-CoV-2. Proposed is an agent containing a recombinant antibody having a CDR1 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1, a CDR2 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:2, a CDR3 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:3, as well as an Fc fragment of human IgG1 and a humanized monoclonal antibody having a light chain CDR1 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:4, a light chain CDR2 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:5, a light chain CDR3 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:6, a heavy chain CDR1 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:7, a heavy chain CDR2 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:8 and a heavy chain CDR3 with the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:9. Also disclosed is a method for the treatment and post-exposure prophylaxis of diseases caused by different strains of the severe acute respiratory syndrome virus SARS-CoV-2 using the claimed agent. The group of inventions allows the creation of an effective agent that exhibits virus-neutralizing and protective activity relative to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, including variants of concern (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta)..
