CARBON DOT NANO-ENZYME HAVING NEAR-INFRARED FLUORESCENCE AND SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE ACTIVITY, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Provided are a carbon dot nano-enzyme having near-infrared fluorescence and superoxide dismutase activity, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. A small molecule having near-infrared fluorescence property is modified on the basis of raw material carbon dots obtained by co-reaction of carbon fiber powder and strong acid by utilizing the reaction of sulfonic acid groups and acyl chloride, and the carbon dot nano-enzyme having near-infrared fluorescence and superoxide dismutase activity at the same time is obtained. The preparation method is simple, the product has near-infrared fluorescence property and good superoxide dismutase activity, and has a wide application prospect in cell imaging, oxidative damage protection, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory treatment..
