The present invention relates to: a crushable polysaccharide bead comprising polyols and polysaccharides, which exhibit sol-gel transition behavior, and having crushability and granulation properties superior to those of beads consisting of polysaccharides; and a preparation method therefor. The crushable polysaccharide bead according to the present invention has excellent fracturability, and thus can provide a differentiated texture if applied to a cosmetic composition..
