Application of water-soluble yeast beta-glucan in preparation of anti-inflammatory product
The invention relates to the technical field of medicines, in particular to application of water-soluble yeast beta-glucan in preparation of anti-inflammatory products. Specifically, the invention provides application of water-soluble yeast beta-glucan in preparation of anti-inflammatory products, wherein glucan with the relative molecular weight smaller than or equal to 10000 Da accounts for 65% or above of the total mass of glucan. Results of influence experiments on survival rate and NO secretion of mouse macrophage RAW264.7 show that the water-soluble yeast beta-glucan with the molecular weight smaller than or equal to 10000 Da and accounting for more than 65% of the total mass of glucan is nontoxic to RAW264.7 cells when the concentration is lower than 400 [mu] g/mL, the situation that LPS-induced NO release in RAW264.7 is increased can be improved, and inflammatory response is reduced..
