Agilawood essential oil as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of natural product extraction, and discloses agilawood essential oil as well as a preparation method and application thereof.The agilawood essential oil is prepared by respectively inoculating potato-glucose-agar culture media of purified aspergillus oryzae, aspergillus niger and trichoderma viride into independent 250mL potato-glucose liquid culture media, performing shake-flask culture for 5-7 days at the temperature of 25-35 DEG C under the aerobic condition at the speed of 100-150rpm/min, and performing freeze-drying to obtain the agilawood essential oil. Taking 50-100mL of the activated fermentation broth of each mould, respectively inoculating the activated fermentation broth of each mould to 1L of a potato-glucose liquid culture medium for amplification culture, and carrying out shake-flask culture for 5-7 days under the aerobic condition of 25-35 DEG C and the speed of 100-150rpm/min to obtain the fermentation broth of each mould; adding 48-75 parts of water into the fermentation liquor of 1-3 parts of aspergillus oryzae, 1-3 parts of aspergillus niger and 3-6 parts of trichoderma viride and 20-40 parts of agilawood powder obtained by crushing agilawood, uniformly stirring, fermenting for 3-7 days under the closed condition of 25-35 DEG C, and stirring twice every day to obtain a fermented agilawood material; and extracting twice to obtain the agilawood essential oil. The quality and efficiency of the extracted essential oil are guaranteed at the same time..
