Data processing device and system for clustering and typing diabetes

The invention discloses a data processing device and system for diabetes clustering and typing. The data processing device comprises a data receiving module for receiving data of a patient; the data processing module is used for obtaining the numerical values of the age, the BMI, the HbA1c, the HOMA2beta and the HOMA2IR of the patient; the data storage module is used for storing respective mean values and standard deviations of the five data of the new diagnosis database and clustering center point values of all subtypes of diabetes mellitus clustering and typing; the data analysis module is used for calculating the total distance value between the standardized values of the five clustering indexes of the patient and the clustering center point of each subtype in the diabetes mellitus clustering subtypes; the data comparison module is used for comparing the standardized values of the five clustering indexes of the patient with the total distance value of the clustering center points of the subtypes in the diabetes mellitus clustering typing; and the judgment module is used for judging the subtype of the patient meeting the preset judgment condition and outputting a judgment result. According to the method, the indexes of the patients are measured and standardized, and the types of the patients are obtained by comparing known database clusters..
