一种沥青体系用纳米碳酸钙的制备方法
本发明公开了一种沥青体系用纳米碳酸钙的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将纳米碳酸钙悬浮液输送至反应釜并升温至80℃‑95℃后,加入D‑吖啶‑2‑羧酸对纳米碳酸钙悬浮液进行表面改性,改性30min‑60min后得一次改性浆液;将一次改性浆液依次进行脱水、干燥、粉碎分级、干法改性即可得到沥青体系用纳米碳酸钙;其中所述干法改性所采用的改性剂为环氧化的石油树脂。本发明采用D‑吖啶‑2‑羧酸湿法改性配合采用环氧化的石油树脂二次干法改性的方式对纳米碳酸钙进行表面改性,能够有效的提高改性后纳米碳酸钙与沥青基材、SBS弹性体之间的相容性,从而有效发挥纳米碳酸钙在沥青体系中增强增韧作用。.
