Method for preparing silver nanoparticles based on photosynthetic bacterium cell soaking solution
The invention relates to the field of nano material preparation, in particular to a method for preparing silver nanoparticles based on a photosynthetic bacteria cell soak solution, which comprises the following steps: adding a 3mol/L fresh AgNO3 solution into a photosynthetic bacteria cell filtrate subjected to optimized culture, and culturing for 90 minutes under the conditions that the pH is 7, the temperature is 30 DEG C and the illumination is 4W/m < 2 > to obtain silver nanocubes with the side length of about 50nm. The silver nanocubes with the side length being about 50 nm, high quality and uniform particle size and morphology are synthesized, and a good foundation is provided for subsequent application research such as gold nanocage synthesis and drug loading treatment research..
