Method for producing five-cereal fermented product and cosmetic composition containing same
The invention provides a manufacturing method of a five-cereal fermented product. The five cereals are composed of rice, millet, sorghum, highland barley and black beans. A suspension of dry powder of five cereals and water is fermented by using saccharomycetes so as to obtain the five-cereal fermented product. The five-cereal leavening has moisturizing and anti-wrinkle effects, and can be applied to cosmetic compositions..
