The invention discloses an artistic work generation method, system and device. The method includes receiving an input related to a physiological condition; an artistic work associated with the physiological condition of the user is generated based on the input. The artwork is generated based on the physiological status of the user in reality, the physiological status and health status of the human body are presented in a more visual and more appeal mode, and association of the AI artwork and the user in the real world is achieved..
