The present invention relates to a dimethylpyrazolotriazine derivative, a method for manufacturing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating CRHR1-related diseases comprising the same as an active ingredient. The compound represented by chemical formula 1 described herein has remarkably excellent metabolic stability. In addition, while exhibiting an excellent antagonistic effect on CRHR1, the present invention exhibits excellent effects in animal behavior experiments to confirm an antidepressant effect, thereby being expected to be useful for CRHR1-related diseases..
