SEQUENTIAL DRUG DELIVERY MATERIAL COMPRISING BMP-2 AND ALENDRONATE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a sequential drug delivery material comprising BMP-2 and alendronate, a method for preparing same, and a use thereof for bone regeneration. The multi-drug delivery material according to the present invention uses BMP-2 at a significantly lower concentration than the prior art, and thus can minimize the side effects of BMP-2. Moreover, the multi-drug delivery material can induce a significantly improved bone regeneration effect by suppressing the side effects of BMP-2, that is, bone resorption caused by osteoclast differentiation, through sequential discharge with alendronate, and thus can maximize drug efficacy, and is therefore expected to be useful for bone regeneration for treating bone diseases having various causes..
