The invention discloses a novel model for accurate prediction of curative effect of breast cancer immunotherapy and application thereof, the model contains IFN-gamma, aSMA, collagen-I and Vimentin, according to the model, prognosis and treatment effect of immunotherapy of a breast cancer patient can be accurately predicted, high score prompts that the breast cancer patient can be benefited by adopting an immunotherapy strategy, and the model can be used for accurately predicting the curative effect of immunotherapy of the breast cancer patient.
