Polymer micro-robot as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a polymer micro-robot as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1) dissolving an oil-soluble polymer, an oil-soluble anti-tumor drug and oleic acid coated magnetic iron nanoparticles in an organic solvent, mixing, then adding the mixed solution into a precursor aqueous solution, stirring, centrifuging, washing, and obtaining magnetic polymer particles loaded with the anti-tumor drugs; (2) adding the magnetic polymer particles loaded with the anti-tumor drug into the precursor aqueous solution, then adding glycerol, mixing, and carrying out forced air drying to obtain a hydrogel film; and (3) heating the hydrogel film, stretching the film, and dissolving the stretched film in an aqueous solution to obtain the polymer micro-robot. The polymer micro-robot prepared by the invention is good in biocompatibility, can load anti-tumor drugs, and can realize targeted transportation of the drugs under the control of a magnetic field..
