Protective layer for surface of space solar cell array and preparation method of protective layer

The invention discloses a protective layer for the surface of a space solar cell array and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, mixing a polar solution of siloxane with an active functional group and a polar solution of diamine dianhydride with a fluorine-containing functional group to obtain a bubble-free and layering-free transparent polyamide acid solution; the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a transparent polyamide acid solution, then doping cerium-containing nano powder and titanium-containing nano powder into the transparent polyamide acid solution respectively to obtain cerium-containing transparent colloid and titanium-containing transparent colloid, and finally, alternately spraying on the surface of the space solar cell array according to different service life requirements of low, medium and high rail space environments to obtain the protective layer for the surface of the space solar cell array. The method has the advantages that large-scale production can be achieved, and the technological process is simple, the protection layer can achieve the micron-scale space protection thickness, has the dual functions of colloid bonding and packaging protection, has better space protection capacity, and widens the engineering application of the flexible protection layer under various track space environments and different service life durations..
