Foamy copper loaded cobalt-manganese-phosphorus-based electrode material and preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides a foamy copper loaded cobalt-manganese-phosphorus-based electrode material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: taking ammonium persulfate and potassium hydroxide, adding deionized water to prepare a mixed solution A, placing foamy copper in the mixed solution A, and standing for reaction to obtain Cu (OH) 2/CF; taking cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, manganese nitrate tetrahydrate and urea, adding deionized water to prepare a mixed solution B, putting the Cu (OH) 2/CF into the mixed solution B, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction in a high-pressure reaction kettle, cleaning, and drying to obtain a CoMnLDH@Cu (OH) 2/CF composite nano material; and mixing the composite nano material with a phosphatized raw material, calcining in a tubular furnace, and cooling to obtain the foamy copper-loaded cobalt-manganese-phosphorus-based electrode material. The electrode material prepared by the invention does not need to be fixed by a polymer adhesive, and is beneficial to full contact between an electrochemical active surface and an electrolyte. Meanwhile, the CoMnP nanorod structure provides a large specific surface area, and more active sites can be exposed, so that the hydrogen evolution activity and stability are improved..
