Foamy copper loaded nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus-based composite material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a foamy copper loaded nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus-based composite material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of taking ammonium persulfate and potassium hydroxide, adding deionized water to prepare a mixed solution A, placing foamy copper in the mixed solution A, and conducting standing reaction to obtain Cu(OH)2/CF; taking cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, manganese nitrate tetrahydrate and urea, adding deionized water to prepare a mixed solution B, putting Cu(OH)2/CF into the mixed solution B, carrying out hydrothermal reaction in a high-pressure reaction kettle, conducting cleaning, and conducting drying to obtain a CoMn LDH-coated Cu(OH)2/CF composite nanomaterial; and mixing the CoMn LDH-coated Cu(OH)2/CF composite nanomaterial with a phosphorization raw material, conducting calcining in a tubular furnace, and conducting cooling to obtain the foamy copper-loaded nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus-based composite material. The foamy copper-loaded nickel-molybdenum-phosphorus-based composite material with the hollow layered structure prepared by the invention is beneficial to full contact of an active substance and an electrolyte, and meanwhile, an in-situ growth nanostructure can reduce resistance, so that the composite material shows excellent hydrogen evolution reaction activity of an electrocatalyst..
