Preparation method of chickpea polysaccharide capsule

The invention discloses a preparation method of chickpea polysaccharide capsules, which comprises the following steps: 1) taking chickpeas, crushing and sieving, and adding petroleum ether for degreasing to obtain degreased chickpea powder; 2) taking the degreased chickpea powder in the step 1), adding water, extracting, centrifuging, taking supernate, concentrating, adding ethanol into the concentrated solution, precipitating, centrifuging, and collecting lower-layer solids; 3) taking the solid in the step 2), washing with ethanol and acetone in sequence, and drying to obtain chickpea polysaccharide powder; (4) mixing glycerol, soybean oil and water, heating to 60-80 DEG C, adding gelatin, uniformly stirring, and removing bubbles to obtain capsule shell liquid; and 5) preparing the chickpea polysaccharide powder in the step 3) and the capsule shell liquid in the step 4) into capsules..
