Method for preparing tin-based perovskite nano-powder by using hydrothermal process
The invention provides a method for preparing tin-based perovskite nano-powder by using a hydrothermal process in order to improve an existing preparation method of a perovskite material, and belongs to the technical field of perovskite synthesis. The method for preparing the tin-based perovskite nano-powder by using the hydrothermal process comprises the following steps: 1) respectively taking CsX and SnX2 or CsX and SnX4, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, and fully mixing to obtain a mixed solution; and 2) pouring the mixed solution into a reaction kettle, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction, so as to obtain CsSnX3 or Cs2SnX6 after the reaction is finished. The method for preparing the perovskite (CsSnX3, Cs2SnX6) nano-powder is simple, and the prepared product is smooth in surface and wide in light absorption amplitude..
