본 발명은 인간에게 감염을 일으키는 것으로 알려진 베타 코로나 바이러스에 보존이 잘 되어 있는 CR 펩타이드(conserved region)에 대한 T 세포 에피토프를 발굴한 것으로, 본 발명을 이용한다면 바이러스의 외피 단백질 변이로 인해 기존의 항체로는 대응이 불가능한 신종 베타 코로나 바이러스까지 커버할 수 있는 T 세포 백신으로 활용이 가능하다..
