Furo[2, 3-b]quinoline-3, 4(2H, 9H)-diketone derivative and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a furo[2, 3-b]quinoline-3, 4(2H, 9H)-diketone derivative and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of medicines and chemical engineering. The structural formulas of the compounds are shown as formulas (I) and (II), and the invention further relates to a preparation method of the compounds, a composition taking the compounds shown as the formulas (I) and (II) as active ingredients, and application of the compounds and the composition in preparation of anti-Alzheimer's disease and anti-tumor drugs. Wherein n is equal to 2-6; R1 and R2 are alkyl of C1-3 and naphthenic base of C3-6; and NR1R2 may also be as shown in the description, and A is CH2, O, S, NH, or NCH3. The derivative disclosed by the invention has very strong inhibitory activity on cholinesterase, obviously inhibits tumor cell proliferation and has low toxicity to normal cells, so that the derivative can be used for treating Alzheimer's disease, tumors and the like..
