A STEM CELL PREPARATION METHOD FOR TREATING DIABETES MELLITUS

A STEM CELL PREPARATION METHOD FOR TREATING DIABETES Aspects of the present disclosure relate to a stem cell preparation method (100) which is used for the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Mesenchymal stem cells are special type of multifunctional stem cells which have the great potential for regenerative medicine and autoimmune disease. These stem cells are capable of getting to the site and then can directly differentiate into target cells. In this particular method (100) we have tried to extract the mesenchymal stem cells (102) from the umbilical cord tissue which are further used for the extraction (112) of the apoptotic bodies according to the procedure described. (FIG. 1 will be the reference figure) 100 inoculation of Mesenchymal stem cells 102 placing them in CO 2cultured incubator 104 obtaining fifth-generation Mesenchymal stem cells replacing medium with complete a-MEM 108 medium collecting cell culture supernatant 110 obtaining apoptotic bodies 112 dissolve human blood suspension ofthe Mesenchymal in a dispersion 116 medium adjusting final cell concentration 8 FIG. 1 Flow method of stem cell preparation for treating diabetes mellitus.
