Application of diselenide compound as coronavirus 3C-like protease inhibitor, inhibitor and drug

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal chemistry, and particularly relates to a new application of a diselenide compound to preparation of an anti-coronavirus infection drug and thedrug. The invention discloses an application of a diselenide compound as a coronavirus 3C-like protease inhibitor. The invention also provides a coronavirus 3C-like protease inhibitor, and the activecomponent of the inhibitor is a diselenide compound. The coronavirus 3C-like protease inhibitor can be used for preparing drugs for resisting coronavirus infection. Experiments prove that the diselenide compound provided by the invention has a remarkable inhibition effect on the novel coronavirus 3C-like protease, and prompts that the diselenide compound can be used as the coronavirus 3C-like protease inhibitor and used for preparing anti-coronavirus inflammation drugs, thereby providing a new thought for treating novel coronavirus pneumonia..
