Nanocrystalline graphite nanopore detection chip and preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a nanocrystalline graphite nanopore detection chip and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of chip preparation. The nanocrystalline graphite nanopore detection chip takes a nanocrystalline graphite film with nanopores as a core; and due to easy-to-modify chemical characteristics of the surface of the nanocrystalline graphite film, higher resolution and sensitivity can be provided for nanopore sensing, so that in the process of detecting DNA, RNA, polypeptide or protein, a to-be-detected object is driven by an electric fieldto pass through nano-pores in the nano-crystalline graphite film in an electrolyte solution, and the purpose of detection is further achieved. The invention also provides the preparation method of thenanocrystalline graphite nanopore detection chip. The method comprises the following steps: processing the support substrate to form open pores, and preparing the nanocrystalline graphite film with the nanopores on the support substrate.
