The invention particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating interstitial lung diseases, a pharmaceutical preparation and application. The interstitial lung takes diffuse lung parenchyma, alveolar inflammation and interstitial fibrosis as pathological manifestations, is related to causes of various diseases, and mainly comprises viruses, bacteria and occupational and environmental inhaled lung diseases. The invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating the interstitial lung diseases. The traditional Chinese medicine formula comprises radix astragali, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae (parched with bran), radix saposhnikoviae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, radix rehmanniae preparata, rhizoma dioscoreae (parched with bran), fructus corni (processed with wine), poria cocos, herba epimedii and radix ophiopogonis. According to the formula, classic prescriptions including Yupingfengsan and Liuweidihuang pills are used, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has effects of tonifying the lung and the kidney, tonifying the spleen and promoting blood circulation, and is suitable for patients with lung, spleen and kidney QI deficiency. The traditional Chinese medicine composition further correspondingly treats symptoms of QI-blood and body fluid circulation disorder and lung, spleen and kidney deficiency in the later stage of COVID-19, and has a good effect when applied to treatment of various interstitial lung diseases and COVID-19..
