Children micrometer calming fever-reducing particle patch and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to a children micrometer calming fever-reducing particle patch and a manufacturing method thereof. The patch comprises, by weight, 6-10 parts of hairyvein agrimony, 6-10 parts of gypsum and 1-2 parts of rhizoma anemarrhenae. The manufacturing method includes the steps that the hairyvein agrimony, the gypsum and the rhizoma anemarrhenae are smashed to be screened through a 150-mesh sieve for standby application; and a high-energy ball milling device system protected by inert atmosphere is adopted for manufacturing micrometer hairyvein agrimony powder (the grain diameter ranges from 1 micrometer to 15 micrometers), the micrometer hairyvein agrimony powder, the screened gypsum and the screened rhizoma anemarrhenae are mixed in proportion, and the particle patch is manufactured after dressing, a surface active agent and a glue matrix are evenly stirred. By means of the manufacturing method, medicinal materials are processed with a scientific method so as to be injected and carried in a framework of a matrix, the intermiscibility between the patch matrix and the skin is good, passing of medicine molecules is facilitated, the medicine is slowly released, absorption is rapid, the irritation is small, and toxic and side effects caused by oral administration medicines and injections on the human body are reduced..
