The present invention discloses the crystal form II of a tropisetron hydrochloride compound (chemical name: 8-methyl-8-azabicyclo[3,2,1]-3alpha-octane-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid ester hydrochloride, English name: Tropisetron hydrochloride), a preparation method, a composition and uses thereof.
