PREPARATION METHOD OF TABLET CONTAINING DAPAGLIFLOZIN ANSOLVATE AND TABLET CONTAINING DAPAGLIFLOZIN ANSOLVATE PREPARED BY THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for preparing dapagliflozin nonsolvate-containing tablets, including: (A) a granule-forming step using a binding solvent, wherein a binder is allowed to be in contact with dapagliflozin nonsolvate, after the binder is dissolved or suspended in a binding solvent having a content of at least one alcohol selected from C2-C3 alcohols of 50 wt% or more, and carrying out molding and drying to form dry granules; and (B) a compressed product-forming step in which the dry granules are compressed with a disintegrating agent to form a compressed product. According to the present invention, it is possible to facilitate elution of dapagliflozin nonsolvate from the dapagliflozin nonsolvate-containing tablets, to control the elution pattern, and to control the dapagliflozin nonsolvate-containing tablets to have a uniform content. In addition, the dapagliflozin nonsolvate-containing tablets obtained by the method according to the present invention allows easy elution of dapagliflozin nonsolvate and is capable of controlling the elution pattern..
