CELL CULTURE CONTAINER PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND METHOD USING THE SAME
A cell culture container with improved bonding quality without causing cytotoxicity is provided. The cell culture container includes at least one cell culture region and a well-defining region. The cell culture region includes a slide and a nano-patterned non-toxic cured layer formed on the slide and having a peak and valley pattern. The well-defining region includes the slide, the nano-patterned non-toxic cured layer formed on the slide and having the peak and valley pattern, and a double-sided tape interposed between the cured layer and a well dish defining a well to bond the cured layer and the well dish, wherein a valley of the well-defining region is filled with an air gap..
