Composition for promoting vascular regeneration containing water extract of silkworm cocoon and Method for preparing the same
The present invention provides a composition for promoting vascular regeneration, a composition for treating wounds, a composition for treating stomatitis, and a composition for treating enteritis, wherein the compositions contain a hydrothermal extract of silkworm cocoon. The compositions not only increase the expression of HIF-1α and HIF-2α, but also increase the expression of VEGF capable of regenerating blood vessels essential for wound regeneration, thereby providing therapeutic effects on wounds, stomatitis, and enteritis. In addition, the compositions have excellent affinity and safety with biological tissues and have a simple manufacturing process compared to other known drug, AKB-4924, thereby being able to be efficiently obtained..
