PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide capable of activating antigen-specific CD8-positive T cells derived from a pathogenic microorganism.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there are provided: a peptide consisting of 9-50 amino acids that comprises amino acids 61-70 in the amino acid sequence of Ag85B protein of Mycobacterium kansasii; a peptide consisting of an amino acid sequence in which one or several amino acids is deleted, substituted or added in the peptide and is capable of activating pluripotent CD8 positive T cells; and an acid-fast bacterial peptide vaccine composition comprising a peptide capable of activating CD4 positive T cells against an acid-fast bacterium.SELECTED DRAWING: None.
