Novel alpha-glucan and application thereof
The invention provides a novel alpha-glucan and application of the novel alpha-glucan. The alpha-glucan is homologous series of polysaccharides and has the same alpha-1, 4-glucan main chain, different branching degrees and glucose and glucuronic acid side chains. A glucuronic acid side chain is a specific structural fragment of the alpha-glucan and also makes an important contribution to the biological activity of the alpha-glucan. The alpha-glucan provided by the invention is rich in source, stable in structure and high in purity, has remarkable immunoregulation and anti-tumor activity, and is expected to be developed into drugs for improving or treating immune-related body dysfunction and/or resisting tumors..
