Trolliol A as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses trolliol A as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to a novel substance with in-vitro anti-inflammation and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a novel substance with in-vitro anti-inflammatory activity and a preparation method and application thereof. The chemical name of the trolliol A is 1-(3, 4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-hydroxyphenylpan-2-one, and the molecular formula of the trolliol A is C9H10O4. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the trolliol A. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, extracting trollius chinensis bunge with ethanol with the volume concentration of 70%; 2, dispersing the extract with recovered ethanol with water, and loading on a D101 macroporous resin column; and 3, carrying out repeated silica gel column chromatography separation on the D101 macroporous resin 30% ethanol elution fraction, and preparing by using high performance liquid chromatography to obtain a monomeric compound which is identified as a new compound through spectroscopy and named as trolliol A. The trolliol A is applied to preparation of anti-inflammatory drugs. The IC50 of the inhibition rates of the trolliol A on proinflammatory factors TNF-alpha and IL-1beta released by LPS (lipopolysaccharide) stimulated mouse macrophages (RAW264.7) is 18.8 mu M and 14.6 mu M respectively, so that the trolliol A has better in-vitro anti-inflammatory activity.
