-Tie2 A Novel anti-Tie2 antibody or its antigen-binding fragments and the use thereof
The present invention relates to novel anti-Tie2 antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof, and uses thereof. The antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof include at least one heavy chain variable region including CDR1-H having an amino acid sequence of X1-X2-X3-X4-X5-X6-Y-X7-M-H-W-X8; and at least one light chain variable region including CDR1-L having an amino acid sequence of X17-X18-X19-X20-X21-X22-X23-N-X24-X25-X26-Y. The antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is applied as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for humans without concern for rejection reaction..
