New application of rape pollen alkali A in aspects of neuroprotection and brain disease prevention and treatment

The invention discloses a novel application of rape pollen alkali A in the aspects of neuroprotection and brain disease prevention and treatment, and discloses beneficial effects generated after the rape pollen alkali A acts on caenorhabditis elegans and a molecular mechanism of the rape pollen alkali A. Caenorhabditis elegans is adopted as a model organism, significant differences of three groups (a young group, a natural aging group and a rape pollen alkali A group) of nematodes in transcriptome and proteome are provided, and it is revealed that rape pollen alkali A has a potential effect on neurodegenerative changes and brain diseases caused by inflammatory substances such as leukotriene B4. According to the application disclosed by the invention, the rape pollen alkali A is found to improve the swallowing pump and body swing of nematodes gradually worsening along with growth, the oxidative stress ability of the nematodes is remarkably improved, and the effect of the rape pollen alkali A on neurodegenerative change and cerebral diseases caused by inflammatory substances such as leukotriene B4 is preliminarily verified on a model organism. The rape pollen alkali A disclosed by the invention is clear in effect and has an application prospect in the aspects of neuroprotection and prevention and treatment of brain diseases caused by leukotriene B4 substances..
