Activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and discloses an activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite as well as a preparation method and application of the activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite. The nano-composite is mainly composed of a fat-soluble epigallocatechin gallate derivative (EGCG-Fmoc) and paclitaxel, and the EGCG-Fmoc and the paclitaxel can be self-assembled through a pi-pi interaction force so as to form a nano-scale drug carrier composite.
