Activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and discloses an activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite as well as a preparation method and application of the activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-composite. The nano-composite is mainly composed of a fat-soluble epigallocatechin gallate derivative (EGCG-Fmoc) and paclitaxel, and the EGCG-Fmoc and the paclitaxel can be self-assembled through a pi-pi interaction force so as to form a nano-scale drug carrier composite. As an activity-enhanced paclitaxel nano-carrier, the nano-composite can realize efficient delivery of paclitaxel on the premise of not excessively using an inert carrier, thereby avoiding increase of metabolic burden and potential toxicity of an organism. In addition, by means of the pharmacological activity of EGCG-Fmoc for resisting tumor growth and tumor metastasis, the compound can achieve the effect of enhancing the tumor treatment effect of paclitaxel. The nano-composite is simple and rapid in preparation process, is easy for large-scale and industrial production, and also has a better development prospect in the aspect of clinical application transformation..
