The invention discloses a hydrovolt power supply device of hydroxyapatite nanowires and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method of the hydrovolt power supply device comprises the following steps: S1, adding hydroxyapatite nanowire powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, then adding ethyl cellulose as a binding agent, and stirring to obtain turbid liquid; s2, conductive carbon paste is smeared on the substrate, the shape of the conductive carbon paste is two parallel conductive carbon paste bodies, the conductive carbon paste bodies are vertically arranged at intervals, then turbid liquid is arranged on the substrate, the two conductive carbon paste bodies are communicated through the turbid liquid, and the lower end of the turbid liquid downwards exceeds the conductive carbon paste bodies; and S3, annealing the substrate coated with the conductive carbon paste and the turbid liquid at 300-350 DEG C, so that the conductive carbon paste forms a conductive coating, the turbid liquid forms a water photovoltaic coating, and the water photovoltaic power supply device is manufactured. According to the invention, the characteristic of large porosity of the hydroxyapatite nanowires is utilized, so that the spontaneous water absorption capacity of the material is greatly improved, thereby increasing the water flow moving path and achieving the purpose of improving the hydrovolt performance..
