ROI focus characteristic-based lung cancer influence evaluation method and system
The invention claims to protect a lung cancer influence evaluation method and system based on ROI focus characteristics, the invention design combining retrospection and foresight is adopted, a prognosis prediction model is established by using a retrospection database, and the model is verified and optimized by using a foresight database, so that the generalization ability and clinical popularization value of the established model can be ensured; the design scheme is innovative, meanwhile, not only is the operation treatment reaction predicted through image modeling, but also the correlation between pathomics and DFS of the patient after operation treatment is deeply analyzed, and therefore a mechanism influencing the new auxiliary immunotherapy curative effect accepted by the lung cancer patient is preliminarily screened and discussed from the molecular level and clinical queue data. According to the method, the ROI of the lung cancer image can be effectively and accurately identified and divided, operative treatment dominant people are efficiently screened, and clinical decision making is assisted..
