Construction method and application of METTL7B gene lung specific knock-into mouse model
The invention discloses a construction method and application of an METTL7B gene lung specific knock-in mouse model. According to the invention, an expression cassette of METTL7B is specifically introduced into a receptor mouse ROSA26 coding gene by using a CRISPR/Cas9 technology to construct and obtain an METTL7B knock-in mouse, and then the METTL7B knock-in mouse is hybridized with a lung tissue specific conditional Cre expression mouse, so that a tool mouse model for expressing METTL7B in mouse lung specific conditional expression can be obtained. According to the tool mouse, METTL7B is only expressed in lung tissue under a Cre enzyme induced expression condition. The tool mouse can be applied to the fields of construction of models of lung diseases such as pneumonia, lung cancer and pulmonary fibrosis, research of gene expression profiles, research of lung disease pathogenesis, drug development and screening and the like, and has a promotion effect..
