Construction method and application of METTL7B gene lung specific knock-into mouse model

The invention discloses a construction method and application of an METTL7B gene lung specific knock-in mouse model. According to the invention, an expression cassette of METTL7B is specifically introduced into a receptor mouse ROSA26 coding gene by using a CRISPR/Cas9 technology to construct and obtain an METTL7B knock-in mouse, and then the METTL7B knock-in mouse is hybridized with a lung tissue specific conditional Cre expression mouse, so that a tool mouse model for expressing METTL7B in mouse lung specific conditional expression can be obtained.
