Oral solid controlled-release preparation based on microdroplet spraying and preparation method of oral solid controlled-release preparation
The invention belongs to the field of drug design, and discloses a preparation method of an oral solid controlled-release preparation based on microdroplet jetting, which comprises the following steps: S1, separating and designing the distribution of active pharmaceutical ingredients and pharmaceutic adjuvants in the preparation; s2, recombining the separated and designed component information; s3, converting the combined component distribution information into slices which can be identified by 3D printing equipment; s4, a two-channel micro-droplet jetting 3D printer is used for printing; s5, the powder material is used for receiving the components sprayed by the printer, so that the solid preparation is formed through bonding.
