The invention provides a detection model application method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining electrocardiogram data and myocardial zymogram data of a target user, inputting the electrocardiogram data and the myocardial zymogram data of the target user into a target detection model, and after the electrocardiogram data and the myocardial zymogram data of the target user are processed by the target detection model, determining the myocardial zymogram data of the target user; a detection result corresponding to the target user is output, the target detection model is obtained based on acute myocardial infarction sample set training, and the detection result is used for representing the occurrence probability of acute myocardial infarction of the target user. Therefore, according to the embodiment of the invention, the diagnosis of the occurrence probability of acute myocardial infarction is realized in a manner of detecting the electrocardiogram data and the myocardial zymogram data of the target user by using the target detection model..
