CATIONIC CELL-PENETRATING PEPTIDE AND USE THEREOF

A cell-penetrating peptide according to the present invention is a novel cationic cell-penetrating peptide capable of penetrating the cell membrane and effectively delivering biologically active molecules into cells even when the biologically active molecules are bound thereto, and, compared with conventional cell-penetrating peptides, has a remarkably excellent cell-penetrating ability to deliver biologically active molecules into cells, and the delivered biologically active molecules can effectively maintain activity in cells. Therefore, the cell-penetrating peptide of the present invention can be very effectively used in various fields such as cosmetics, diagnostics, drug delivery systems, recombinant protein vaccines, DNA/RNA therapeutic agents, and gene and protein therapies..
