Anti-ciliate active ingredient in fructus psoraleae and application of anti-ciliate active ingredient

The invention relates to application of anti-ciliate active molecules in a natural product, in particular to application of four anti-ciliate flavonoid compounds in a natural product fructus psoraleae, and the anti-ciliate flavonoid compounds are psoralen B, neopsoralen isoflavone, psoralen isoflavone A and psoralen flavanone methyl ether. In-vitro insecticidal experiments show that the compound provided by the invention has an insecticidal effect on a model organism tetrahymena piriforme. At present, researches show that ciliates can infect cultured fishes to a certain degree in the culture process under the conditions of fish body injury, water environment deterioration and the like, a large amount of death can be caused when infection is serious, and huge economic loss is caused. Therefore, the anti-ciliate flavonoid compound provided by the invention provides a candidate compound for the development of ciliate drugs..
