Gelidium amansii cell wall extract and application
The invention discloses a gelidium amansii cell wall extract and application thereof, gelidium amansii is used as a raw material, firstly, the gelidium amansii is washed with running water, dried and crushed for pretreatment, then is extracted with hot water for 2 hours, is centrifuged to remove soluble components such as polysaccharide in the gelidium amansii, and filter residues are repeatedly washed with deionized water, dried and crushed to prepare gelidium amansii powder. And then adopting an improved Fenton-microwave synergistic treatment process on the gelidium amansii powder to obtain gelidium amansii cell wall soluble polysaccharide and gelidium amansii insoluble dietary fiber. According to the method, the yield and oxidation resistance of the gelidium amansii insoluble polysaccharide are improved, and the survival rate of nematodes is increased. The tight connection of the gelidium amansii insoluble dietary fibers becomes loose, so that the adsorption capacity of sodium cholate and the like is promoted..
