PH response dye platform as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a pH response dye platform as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the pH response dye platform and the preparation method thereof, accurate regulation and control of pH are realized by introducing heteroarylamine at the ninth site of a traditional rhodamine dye and replacing different heteroatoms at the tenth site of the traditional rhodamine dye; and a pH response dye platform (composed of a series of pH response dyes suitable for different pH ranges) across the full physiological pH range is constructed based on the strategy. Meanwhile, the pH response dye in the platform has good photophysical properties and sensitive pH response capability, and covers the response range of the pH value from 0.5 to 7.0, so that the monitoring requirements of different pH microenvironments in a living body can be met..
