Imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide-polyamine conjugate as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of compound synthesis, and particularly relates to an imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide-polyamine conjugate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide-polyamine conjugate is a compound shown in a formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: # imgabs0 #. According to the invention, an imidazopyrimidine group is adopted to modify a 6-site of a naphthalimide naphthalene ring for the first time to synthesize a new imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide pharmacophore, and the new imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide pharmacophore is conjugated with polyamine, so that the novel imidazopyrimidine modified naphthalimide-polyamine conjugate is obtained. The compound keeps the activity of a naphthalimide compound, also has the characteristics of an imidazopyrimidine compound, improves the biological activity of original molecules, improves the anti-tumor activity of target molecules, shows obvious inhibitory activity on proliferation of various tumor cells, and has a good application prospect.
