The invention provides a probiotic gel preparation capable of being stored for a long time as well as a use method and application of the probiotic gel preparation. The probiotic hydrogel preparation respectively comprises a solid probiotic preparation and a liquid preparation; the solid preparation and the liquid preparation are mixed to form hydrogel with a three-dimensional network structure along with temperature change; before the hydrogel is used, the solid probiotic preparation and the liquid preparation are uniformly mixed to obtain the hydrogel containing the probiotics.
