Application of YAP pathway intervention agent in preparation of medicine for inhibiting tooth root resorption
The invention relates to the technical field of tooth root resorption treatment medicines, in particular to application of a YAP pathway intervention agent in preparation of a medicine for inhibiting tooth root resorption. Wherein the YAP pathway intervention agent comprises a YAP pathway inhibitor, and the YAP pathway inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of vitepofen and/or YAP-TEAD Inhibitor 1. The YAP pathway inhibitor is found to be capable of obviously inhibiting tooth root resorption by establishing a model of causing tooth root resorption by animal mechanics, and the YAP pathway inhibitor is found to be capable of inhibiting TRAP positive osteoclast/cementum clastic cells on the surface of cementum and regulating osteoclastic differentiation of macrophages by histological staining. The invention provides a technical support for preparing a medicine for treating tooth root resorption caused by orthodontic treatment, and also provides a technical support for treating osteoclast related diseases..
