Method for screening early virus seeds of new coronavirus and method for manufacturing vaccine
The invention relates to a method for screening an early virus seed of a new coronavirus and a method for manufacturing a vaccine. The method comprises the following steps: (1) providing a candidate virus seed of a new coronavirus strain; (2) determining the total protein content of each virus seed; and (3) keeping the total protein loading quantity consistent, comparing the S protein content of each virus seed, and selecting the virus seed with high S protein content. The screening speed of the method is obviously higher than that of a traditional plaque and limited dilution method, so that the method can be used as an auxiliary method for screening early-stage virus seeds..
